The2010 Trustee Annual Report and Member Statement was posted to each Member's last advised postal address on Wednesday 30 June 2010. Any member who has not received their envelope yet is advised to contact the HelpLine on 0800 MY SUPER - 0800 69 78737 to check the scheme has their correct postal address and to have a further set of documents posted out.

The Fire Service along with the Associated Agencies, of which the Superannuation Scheme is one, are advising eligible employees that applications are now being received for the 2010/2011 Firefighter Scholarship. Attached below please find the Application form and a notice setting out details about the Scholarsip. Applications close, as set out in the Notice, on 16 July 2010.

MEMBER INVESTMENT CHOICE
The transfer of assets for those Members who elected to make changes to their Member investment Choice options for 2009 was completed overnight on Monday 05 October 2009. At present if you access the Member only section of FireSuper on the 'Your investments' page:

• the dollar amounts for each Member Investment Choice option that are shown under the 'Current Assets' heading represent your pre 01 October 2009 choice.
• the 'Incoming contributions' shown represent your post 01 October 2009 Member Investment choice election, and
• the information shown on the 'Your investment Mix' page represent your pre 01 October 2009 choice.

The dollar amounts shown under the 'Current Assets' heading and the 'Your Investment Mix' page details are not able to be updated to reflect your 2009 election until the September 2009 interim interest rates are finalised. They are expected to be finalised by 20 October 2009.

Supernews 95 has an error in it. On page 2 in the eleventh line the year should be 2009 and not 2008. This error is regretted.
